Zusammenfassung:When the Archaea domain was discovered at the end of the 1970s, they were known only as extremophiles microorganisms. But today they are known to be present in various parts of the human body such as gastrointestinal system, mouth, skin and urogenital after microbiota studies. Archaea are not yet defined as pathogenic, but are associated with many diseases such as bowel infections, colon cancer, obesity, oral infections. In this paper , it was aimed to give information about the relationship between Archaea and infections.
