Zusammenfassung: | Aim: The present study aimed at mediating role of burnout and organizational cynicism in the relationship between psychological capital and psychological well-being within veterans. Instrument and methods: The present study is correlational and the relationship between the variables in the form of path analysis. The study population included all veterans are working in government offices in Tehran. In this study, 384 veterans that were selected by convenience sampling in the period April to June 2015 were studied. For collect the data, Luthans & et al psychological capital questionnaire (PCQ), Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), Dean & et al organizational cynicism scale and Ryff psychological well-being questionnaire was used. To analyze the data, Pearson correlation coefficients and path analysis using software LISREL8 / 8 was used. Findings: The results show that the mediating role of burnout and organizational cynicism within relationship between psychological capital and psychological well-being among veterans.
