Zusammenfassung:In this systematic review the analysis of hypoglycemia and cardio-vascular events was analyzed due to therapy by SU and other secretagenes. Accordingto more then 1400 publications from 1984 to 2009 there is no clear data of increasing hypoglycemia and cardio-vascular events by using micronisedglibenklamide (glyiburide) in comparison to other medications.
