Consumption Pattern and the Demand for Soybean and Dairy Cheese in Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria

Abstract The study assessed the consumption pattern and the demand for soybean and dairy cheese among consumers in Ilorin Metropolis, Kwara State, Nigeria. Data were collected through questionnaire with one hundred and twenty respondents from three institutions. The three institutions were randomly selected; these institutions are University of Ilorin, Government ministry and Market women in Ilorin. The study employs the use of descriptive statistics, Almost Ideal Demand Systems (AIDS) and Multinomial logistics regression model.
