Zusammenfassung:With the increasing global attention to sustainable development, the construction industry is faced with the major challenge of reducing resource consumption, reducing environmental pollution and improving economic efficiency. The potential for improved engineering project management and the promotion of sustainable development are both enhanced by Building Information Modeling (BIM), a sophisticated technology that is generally acknowledged. This study delves into the use of building information modeling (BIM) in project management, focusing on how it contributes to the attainment of sustainable development objectives. This study provides an overview of building information modeling (BIM), its history and evolution, and its complex link with sustainable project management via a thorough literature analysis. Particularly noteworthy is a case study that shows how BIM helps with quality assurance, scheduling, and cost control. As shown in the case study, the results demonstrate the critical role of BIM in enhancing management efficiency and conserving resources. The study also highlights potential avenues for future research and provides actionable recommendations for improving present procedures.
