Zusammenfassung:Malignant ovarian sex cord-stromal tumors are rare neoplasms that account for approximately 5–7% of all ovarian malignancies, and they are primarily treated with surgery. The prognosis of patients with different surgical extents remains controversial. Therefore, the effects of different surgical extents on the prognosis of patients were explored in this retrospective cohort study. Patients with malignant ovarian sex cord-stromal tumors who underwent surgical treatment from January 2000 to December 2019 were selected. Disease-free survival and overall survival rates were calculated by the Kaplan–Meier method and compared by the log-rank test. Prognosis factors were identified by Cox regression analysis. P
