Zusammenfassung:Calvarial lesions are usually asymptomatic and discovered incidentally. Often they may be suspected clinically based on localized pain or calvarial mass or defect. The present report demonstrates the classic imaging features of calvarial hemangioma on plain radiography, computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging in 50-year old female patient. The calvarial intra-osseous hemangiomas are rare benign tumors with classic features on various radiologic modalities.
