Zusammenfassung:Granulocyte transfusion (GTx) is an efficient and compelling treatment option for patients with neutropenia following hematopoietic stem cell transplant. The donor pool for granulocyte harvest is limited to close friends and family members and the donors accepted are often of the same ABO Rh type.
