Zusammenfassung: | A woman in her 50s developed acute coronary syndrome with de Winter pattern electrocardiogram (ECG). A coronary angiography revealed diagonal branch lesion caused by spontaneous coronary artery dissection, whereas the left-anterior descending artery was intact.
