Swyer-James-Macleod syndrome is a syndrome characterized by unilateral pulmonary arterial flow reduction due to involvement mostly in
childhood and contralateral lung hyperlucency in imaging methods. It is rare for this syndrome to be observed together with congenital heart
diseases and to be defined in a patient with PH. |
