Zusammenfassung:Based on the analysis of the big trends for energy revolution and global green development, the concept of coal mining technology with net zero carbon emission (abbreviated as ZCMining) is proposed and the conceptual framework and development strategies for ZCMining are also put forward. The basic principles for ZCMining are mass and energy conservation and earth’s carbon cycle. The near-zero emission of carbon dioxide during coal mining can be achieved through the collaborative optimization of energy sources, electrical network, electrical loads and energy storage by the consumption of clean energy. The other measures for ZCMining include the geological storage of carbon dioxide, and the improvement of ecosystem carbon sink.
