Zusammenfassung:This article elucidates the meaning and indicators of restrictive measures applied to individuals who have committed domestic violence, as well as the peculiarities of their implementation during wartime conditions. Additionally, it provides a comparative legal characterization of restrictive measures in Ukraine in various jurisdictions based on the categorization of legal systems. The article provides the authors’ interpretation of the “restrictive measures” concept, outlining its characteristics and types, and evaluating its efficacy in Ukraine.
