This article describes the biological activity of rosemary extracts and its research progress in the field of food processing such as oil storage, meat and aquatic products preservation and anti-corrosion, aiming to provide a theoretical reference for the application of rosemary extracts in food. It also pointed out the application prospects of rosemary extracts in the field of medicine, new feed additives, and functional food. |
