Zusammenfassung:Paget-Schroetter syndrome (PSS), a rare form of deep vein thrombosis affecting the upper extremity, arises from mechanical compression of the subclavian vein at the thoracic outlet. Typically seen in young, active individuals, it manifests with acute onset of arm pain, swelling, and discoloration. Early diagnosis is crucial to prevent chronic complications such as post-thrombotic syndrome, emphasizing the importance of timely intervention and individualized treatment approaches for improved clinical outcomes. We present a case of PSS manifesting in a young adult with no significant medical history.
