Zusammenfassung:	A 68-year-old man with a biventricular implantable cardioverter-defibrillator who was pacemaker dependent was admitted for percutaneous coronary intervention. The patient had an asystolic cardiac arrest as a result of electromagnetic interference during an orbital atherectomy.
