Zusammenfassung: | Here, we report a 72-year-old male with HBsAg-positive status who had a live sibling kidney transplant 27 years ago. He was on minimal maintenance immunosuppressive therapy with prednisolone and microemulsion cyclosporine. He presented with vague abdominal symptoms and was diagnosed to have moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma of the rectum, which was treated by low anterior resection with loop ileostomy and is currently undergoing radiotherapy. |
