Zusammenfassung: | The article analyzes the difficulties faced by a teacher at a higher level, who as a result of the two years that the COVID_19 pandemic has lasted, has seen the need to modify his teaching practice, which has been found with an educational lag. in basic skills, which are essential for the development of professional practice in all areas. The present gives an overview of the teacher's experiences, their practice and the need to seek both strategies and the support of the administrative part to be able to continue with their objectives. The importance of socialization is reflected when returning to the classroom and seeing this decline, as well as limited by all the aspects experienced during the time of confinement and a virtual education, which in turn we saw limited and to a certain extent overestimated by the student and the teacher.
En el artículo se analizan las dificultades que afronta un docente a nivel superior, que a raíz de los dos años que ha durado la pandemia COVID_19, se ha visto en la necesidad de modificar su práctica docente, la cual se ha encontrado con un rezago educativo en las competencias básicas, las cuales son fundamentales para el desarrollo de la práctica profesional en toda área. El presente da un panorama sobre las experiencias del docente, sobre su práctica y sobre la necesidad de buscar tanto estrategias como el apoyo de la parte administrativa para poder seguir con sus objetivos. La importancia de la socialización se ve reflejada al momento de regresar al aula y ver esta mermada, así como limitada por todos los aspectos vividos durante el tiempo de confinamiento y una educación virtual a quien a su vez vimos limitada y hasta cierto punto sobreestimada por el alumno y el docente. |
