Zusammenfassung: | Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PNL) surgeries are performed with different patient positions, anesthesia methods and different-sized access sheaths in order to reduce the complication rates. Supine positioned PNL can be performed safely in the high-risk group patients with comorbidities.
