Chiari 0 malformation with syringomyelia syringobulbia and syrinx cavity in pons

Abstract Chiari 0 malformation (CM-0) with syringomyelia syringobulbia and syrinx cavity in pons simultaneously is rare. We present a case of 31-year-old man, review the available literature, and discuss the experience of therapy from the neurosurgical perspective.
