Zusammenfassung:The article embarks on a detailed investigation into the juridical, psychological & anthropological aspects of Interparental kidnapping of minor children in Bogota & the violation of custodial & visiting rights of mothers or fathers with respect to their children. During this research, we became interested in finding out if this problem also appears in indigenous communities, & which factors might contribute to that. The article revises the concepts of juridical anthropology & interlegality or legal pluralism, to understand the role that local juridical systems play in managing this problem. Furthermore, we undertake a brief reflection about the children's & teenager's rights in those communities. Adapted from the source document.
