Zusammenfassung: | Abstract Early in their education, trainees in diagnostic radiology must become fluent in the vocabulary used to describe and communicate findings seen on radiologic studies. Designed as an engaging tool, Verboten provides a mechanism to hone descriptive radiologic skills in an entertaining format. Verboten is an interactive, case-based, pyramid-style game designed for radiology residents. Included in this resource is a complete PowerPoint version of the game suitable for radiology residents as a case review. A blank template for creation of additional review sets is also included. The author used Verboten with selected cases from various radiology conferences to cover a breadth of cases, and has found that the resource provides an effective review of radiologic cases while engaging the participants and audience during the entire conference. |
