Establishment of the Information and Analytical Support of Scientific Activities of Higher Education Institutions under University Libraries Conditions

The article presents the results of source studies for the history of establishment of elements of information and analytical support in university research by facilities of libraries of higher education institutions, the potential is disclosed for university libraries and periodization is proposed for the development of this process.
