Zusammenfassung:With the support of advanced measurement technologies and regulation terminals,demand-side flexible resources such as electric vehicles and air-conditioning loads in smart buildings have good power response potential in real time and can be aggregated to form virtual power plants to participate in frequency regulation auxiliary service of the system. To protect the needs of users when virtual power plants participate in frequency regulation auxiliary services,a control strategy for smart building-based virtual power plants is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the frequency regulation operation mode of the virtual power plant is analyzed, and a typical demand-side resource model and virtual energy storage model of the smart building-based virtual power plants are established. Secondly, considering the uncertainty of frequency regulation signal and user side,a day-ahead optimal scheduling model based on opportunity constrained planning is established. Then the real-time power allocation is realized based on the pri
