Zusammenfassung:Objectives: Although neutropenic fever is one of the most well-known oncologic emergencies and the common causes of death, a few studies have been conducted in resource-limited countries, particularly in Ethiopia. This study aimed to assess the burden, risk factors, and management of neutropenic fever among solid cancer patients in Ethiopia. Methods: A hospital-based retrospective follow-up study was conducted from January 2017 to February 2021. Data were collected from patient’s medical charts using a structured data abstraction format and analyzed using STATA version 14.2.
