Zusammenfassung: | Frequent problems of girls 15-21 years old include problems with body weight – anorexia or overweight and obesity, poor diet, increased morbidity, emotional and psychological stress. But more and more young girls make their choice in favor of a healthy lifestyle, for him such components as a balanced diet, including fresh, natural products, vitamins and minerals, physical activity, rejection of bad habits, and good rest are important. Despite numerous studies, the problems of correcting an eating disorder in girls moving from puberty to reproductive remain open. The purpose of our study is to create recommendations for correcting a balanced diet for girls 15-21 years old, as a factor in a healthy lifestyle. The survey involved 32 girls aged 15-18 years (average age – 16.4 ± 2.5); 12 of them are between 17 and 21 years old (average age is 19.4 ± 2.5). The main risk factors (RF) were investigated – a general clinical examination, anthropometry were carried out: measurement of height, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (WC) and hips (OB). According to the results of the questionnaire, taking into account the factors that bothered the respondents, a significant violation was established not only of the sleep-wakefulness regime, but also of the diet itself, which directly correlated with the indicators of hypodynamia and emotional instability. This allowed in the future to carry out an additional analysis of the main metabolic markers in order to build the most adapted program to restore the health of the subjects. Our comprehensive assessment of the psychological status of obese adolescent girls revealed differences in his condition depending on the level of insulin resistance. At the same time, a higher level of anxiety and depression, disorders in the emotional and volitional sphere and communicative-interpersonal interactions were noted. There was a connection between certain character traits: unbalanced, anxious and exciting. Given the above, we can conclude that obesity in girls 15-21 years is a psychosomatic disease, in the pathogenesis and clinical picture of which interact biological, psychological and social factors. Evidence suggests that wellnourished, well-educated adolescents achieve better academic performance, postpone marriage and first pregnancy, expand their lifestyles, and promote their families and countries. |
