Zusammenfassung: | Backpain and pain in the limbs are often associate with the destruction of the cartilage and bone tissue of the joint, which affects the nerve terminals and leads to an exacerbation of pain symptoms (as happens, for example, in osteoarthritis). As a result, pain relief without protection and reconstruction of cartilage (chondroprotection), will be symptomatic. The chondroprotective effects of glucosamine sulfate (GS), chondroitin sulfate (CS) and undenatured type II collagen (UC-II) have different molecular mechanisms. Therefore, with the combined use of CS, GS and UC-II per os, different mechanisms of action of individual components will complement each other, increasing the effectiveness of pain pharmacotherapy. |
