Decomposition of silicon and germany monohydrides with use of platinum-rhenium spinel as the catalyst

High degree of intensification of monohydrides decomposition process with use of catalysts is shown. It is established that the completeness decomposition of monohydrides in the presenceof platinoreniyevy spinel increases for 35-55 %.
