Functional and cosmetic surgery for management of the calcifying odontogenic cyst intruding into maxillary sinus and nasal cavity - Case report
Highlights • A treatment in two-state for cystic lesions in naosinusal complex is proposed. • The mechanism is based on marsupialization of lesion cystic. • Facial contouring is achieved without the need for major reconstructive surgery without alopastic or autogenous materials.
