Zusammenfassung:The article presents an analysis of the current state of the problem of the combination of lymphoproliferative diseases associated with pregnancy. Analysis of literature sources has shown that despite the seemingly obvious unfavorable relationship between pregnancy and lymphoproliferative diseases, most studies demonstrate a favorable prognosis regarding the prognosis and outcome of this oncological pathology in combination with pregnancy. The Research Institute of Oncology of the Tomsk SRI has sufficient experience in the treatment of this pathology, including on the background of pregnancy. We have presented two clinical cases in which successful treatment of lymphoproliferative processes in pregnant women has been demonstrated.
