Zusammenfassung:The article deals with the study of the complex effect of different norms of the microbiological Diazobacterin preparation and methods of using the plant growth regulator Radostim (treatment of seeds before sowing and spraying of crops) on the formation of the area of the leaf apparatus and the yield of buckwheat. The possibility of using the microbial preparation Diazobacterin both individually and in combination with the plant growth regulator Joyful has been established and scientifically substantiated. It is proved that with complex application for pre-sowing treatment of seeds of a mixture of microbial preparation Diazobacterin in the norms of 150–200 ml per hectare norm of seeds with the regulator of plant growth Joyful in the norm of 250 ml/t with subsequent spraying on this background of crops by the regulator of the growth of plants Joyful in the norm of 50 ml/ha of buckwheat leaf plant area is increasing by 18–22% compared to the control, and the yield increase is 0,41–0,43 t/ha.
