Elevating e-government: Unleashing the power of AI and IoT for enhanced public services

This study aims to explore how e-government services can be enhanced through the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT). Specifically, it seeks to identify key themes, trends, challenges, and opportunities surrounding the integration of AI and IoT technologies in e-government, with a focus on understanding their implications for service delivery, governance practices, and citizen engagement.
