Zusammenfassung:The rotational speed of the toothed rolls crusher is a key parameter for controlling the particle size of the crushed product.At present, the determination of the rotational speed is in a qualitative stage.There is no corresponding theory to guide.Based on the Grady-Kipp dynamic fracture model, the relationship between loading speed and product particle size is analyzed.The anthracite and gangue crushed at different loading speeds was carried out by drop hammer test machine.The results show that the average size of the two materials decreases with the increase of loading speed with power law.The test results verify the correctness of the fracture model, and provide a reference for the determination of the loading speed of toothed rolls crusher.
