Zusammenfassung:Purpose. According to the electrophysiological examination, a comparative analysis of the dynamics of electrogenesis of the retina after vitrectomy with vitreomacular traction syndrome.Material and methods. 59 patients (59 eyes) with vitreomacular traction syndrome underwent electrophysiological examination before the operation and on the 1st, 3rd, 7th, 14th, 30th, 60th, 180th day after vitrectomy. Three groups of patients are formed depending on the type of tamponade of the vitreous chamber: I - air tamponade, II - gas tamponade, III - tamponade with balanced salt solution.Results. Significant inhibition of the electrogenesis of photoreceptors and bipolar cells on the 1st day after surgery compared with baseline data in groups I, II and III (p
