Zusammenfassung: | Dear Drs. Couto and Chew, We appreciate your letter providing specific concerns about our conclusions and the validity of our study. The manuscript focused on the relevant outcomes in dogs with this syndrome and the resulting sequelae, but we could not provide additional information given the retrospective nature of the study and lack of necropsy results. Given the focus on clinical outcomes in our study, we did not address the topic of urine concentration beyond its role in the classification of the azotemia, although we understand the usefulness of this topic. |
