Zusammenfassung: | [2] This prospective study was approved by the Institutional Research Ethics Board of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University (No. A total of 105 consecutive participants diagnosed with axSpA based on the 2009 Assessment of Spondylo Arthritis international Society (ASAS) classification criteria were recruited between October 2019 and October 2020. The ROC quantitative analysis of the T1 and T2 values in the evaluation of BME revealed area under the ROC curve (AUC) values of 0.99 (95% CI = 0.99, 1; P < 0.001) and 0.74 (95% CI = 0.65, 0.84; P < 0.001), respectively. [5] In the quantitative analysis, our preliminary results showed that the T1 and T2 values of BME were all significantly higher than the corresponding values of normal marrow, especially the T1 value, which may be caused by increased inflammatory exudation in BME, and the movement of water molecules also led to increased T1 and T2 values. |
