Zusammenfassung:	Porcelain insulators used on electrical institutions are important materials to provide system reliability and material insulation. Specification of raw materials of insulators and environmental factors affect insulator strength and operation. In this study, environmental factors and materials used on porcelain insulator manufacturing are examined and also their influence on system reliability and insulation are investigated.
