Zusammenfassung:Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) followed by next-generation sequencing (NGS) studies revealed both a monoclonal TRG (graphical representation of dominant clones, bottom left), while a monoclonal IGH rearrangement (capillary electrophoresis, bottom right) was detected by PCR using Biomed-2 FR2 and FR3 primers.
