Factors affecting the development of crisis management mechanisms in Arak\'s hospitals

Crisis management is on of the most crucial fields of management. The afore mentioned issue gets much more important in the field of health and hygiene. To regard the urgency of this subject, the writer of this research has planned to analyze the factors influencing the development of mechanism of crisis management in hospitals in Arak. In addition , this research aims to study the procedure based on which the development of mechanism of crisis management is influenced by three important factors, namely, organizational culture, uncertainly in business market, and facing risks. To fulfill this, questionnaires are designed and then 160 of them are distributed among hospital employees in Arak. After the information has been collected , the stability of questionnaires has been evaluated using Cronbach With a value of 0.897,which seems to be an authentic and acceptable one. Then by using direction analysis model and determining direction ratios by Lisrel software, the designed model is analyzed. Finaly by doing statistical tests, and analysis of hypotheses is being concerned. The results prove a meaningful relationship between the three afore-mentioned factors and the development of the mechanism of crisis management.
