Zusammenfassung:The monograph is considered as an actual attempt to organize the ways of reflecting on the relationship between the forms of money circulation and symbolic capital, as well as to systematize the humanities approaches and the specifics of them to this topic. The work lacks a traditional mapping of the field of visual researchers, referring only to a few authorities who have studied the relationship between modes of vision and optics of certain philosophical concepts. The originality of the author's work is emphasized by the experience of systematizing the little-developed topic of visual representations placed on banknotes, which make possible not only the visibility of power but also the possibility of the money invisibility in the logic of its de-materialization. Transformations of the orders of signifiers become a separate empirical material of the study, along with the ideological content of their signifiers, as well as the philosophical analysis of the humanitarian discourse constructed in this context. The logic of the de- materialization of money becomes the basis for the philosophical perspective of such comprehension, which is reasonably addressed in the presented work. The review considers several furtherprospects to problematizeof the topic under consideration.
