Zusammenfassung:Social inclusion has a direct impact on communities and public service systems. There-fore, research on social inclusive has received greater attention from contemporary scholars. At present, there is a lack of quantitative summary and review of the research in the field of social science, and it is urgent to sort out its research context and evolution. The Scopus was used as the data source, and CiteSpace software were used to analyze the social inclusive research from 2005 to 2023. We discussed the annual trends, research countries, key authors, highly cited publications, hot issues, and research fronts. The study found that: the number of published articles on social inclusive has experienced three stages: initial stage – slow growth period – rapid growth period; European and American countries were the first to focus social inclusive research, while Asian started late but developed concept social inclusive; the research topics or social inclusive are thermal comfort social inclusion, physical literacy, life course perspective, and government public service; the frontier of urban microclimates including research on social activities and governance systems. Furthermore, this paper conceptualized a theoretical model of inclusive services that can be applied to government systems.
