The tilapia cultivation involves intensive systems and different strategies, which can cause fish stress and economic losses due to the presence of several pathogens. In this context haematological variables are used as diagnostic tools. The objective of this study was to identify the parasite fauna and hematologic characteristics of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) cultured in the Lower South Bahia. Analyses of water, hematological and parasitic. During the research period, water quality, cultivation and Jaguaripe in Graciosa did not differ significantly (p> 0.05). Length, packed cell volume and total plasma protein showed no significant difference. Moreover, weight and number of erythrocytes present difference (p
