Zusammenfassung:INTRODUCTION: In this study, it was aimed to evaluate and compare the anthropometric and biochemical properties of patients who applied to obesity outpatient clinic. METHODS: The universe of this descriptive study consisted of 1650 patients who applied to obesity outpatient clinic between August 2016 and October 2017. These patients were retrospectively scanned and 925 patients with BMI ≥25 kg/m22 were included in the study. The patients were divided into 4 groups according to WHO's obesity classification and evaluated according to these groups. Anthropometric measurements, Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis and laboratory results of the patients were obtained by scanning patient files and hospital databases. Statistical analysis of the data was done via SPSS 23 program and p< 0.05 was considered significant. RESULTS: 84.3% of the participants were women.
