RARE CASE OF FIBROTHECOMA OF OVARY

Ovarian fibrothecomas are uncommon tumors of gonadal stromal cell origin.They account for 3 to 4% of all ovarian tumors and in 90% of cases areunilateral.Here we present case of 19 yrs old nulligravida with right sided adenxal mass with chronic abdominal pain.
