Zusammenfassung:Our patient is a 3‐week‐old female neonate, presented with complaints of low‐grade fever and a congested nose for one day. Eventually, she developed progressive desaturation, hypotension, and poor perfusion due to severe pulmonary hemorrhage. Then, she developed cardiac arrest and was declared dead. Pulmonary hemorrhage has been reported in adults but rarely in children. To the best of our knowledge, this is the youngest age at which a patient with COVID‐19 infection developed pulmonary hemorrhage with no other underlying cause of it.
