MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF CONVEXO-CONCAVE NOVIKOV GEAR MESH

Article presents mathematical model of convexo-concave Novikov gear mesh. The parametric equations of teeth surface, units normal as well as main curvatures and main direction were obtained. Moreover the example of application of this model in tooth contact analysis was presented.
