Zusammenfassung:ObjectiveTo analyze the contamination of Salmonella, Listeria monocytogenes (L. monocytogenes), and Yersinia enterocolitica (Y. enterocolitica) in raw poultry meat and prepared meat products in Shanghai City.MethodsFrom January to August in 2022, 348 samples were collected from traditional markets, supermarkets, and restaurants in Shanghai City, including 240 raw poultry meat and 108 prepared meat products. The samples were evaluated for the presence of Salmonella, L. monocytogenes and Y. enterocolitica following national standard methods. All suspected isolates were further confirmed with the VITEK2 automatic biochemical identification method, and all Salmonella isolates were serotyped.ResultsThe detection rates of Salmonella, L. monocytogenes and Y. enterocolitica in raw poultry meat were 28.33% (68/240), 5.00% (12/240), and 0.83% (2/240), respectively, and in prepared meat products were 5.56% (6/108), 28.70% (31/108), and 1.85% (2/108), respectively.
