Zusammenfassung: | In an era dominated by rapid technological change and globalisation, investment in human capital becomes crucial for economic growth and national competitiveness. In this article we have used bibliometric methodology to examine trends, patterns and developments in economic, education and labour force research, highlighting the connections and interdependencies between these key components of socio-economic development. In doing so, we aimed to identify gaps in the literature and provide valuable contributions to a deeper understanding of the complex relationship between the elements under study. In light of today's rapid changes and social and economic challenges, it is crucial to explore and better understand the role of human capital and educational investment in shaping the future of our societies. In doing so, we aim to make significant contributions to the development and promotion of policies and practices that support sustainable and inclusive growth based on knowledge and lifelong learning. |
