Zusammenfassung:The paper reveals an influence of anion radicals based on replaced phenols on the solidification kinetics of cement concrete. Anion-radicals based on resorcinol (substituents of  the first kind in meta-position) form less stable s-complex with ions of cement gel and retard its solidification to a lesser extent. On the contrary products of treated hydroquinone with non-coordinated orientation in changing p-electronic density form more stable s-complex and retard solidification of cement gel to a greater extent.The paper contains the obtained correlation relationships of concrete strength in various  solidification stages according to electronic properties of admixtures (s-constant meta- and para-substituents) based on the replaced phenols.
