Zusammenfassung:The Pupose: to analyze X-ray, anatomical and biomechanical features in patients with developmental hip dislocation. Material and Methods. The study included 73 patients (57 women and 16 men) with the developmental hip dislocation at the age of 31 to 76 years. The clinical method, X-ray, gait analysis and visual analogue scale VAS, McGill inquiry. Results. The comparative analysis of X-ray, anatomic and biomechanical features in patients with different severity of developmental hip dislocation. Conclusion. Features of the functional status of patients with different severity of developmental hip dislocation enable to predict the tactics of surgical treatment and individual rehabilitation program.
