Zusammenfassung: | An improved simple passive snubber inverter is proposed in order to solve the problem of complicated snubber circuit in the traditional soft-switching topology. Only a few passive components are used in the novel topology. The loss and Electromagnetic Interference(EMI) are low because of the soft-switching and reduced resonant times. The new topology can realize the zero-current turn-on and zero-voltage turn-off of the power switches. The principle of the novel passive soft-switching topology is analyzed in detail in this paper. The novel topology simulating model is built. The simulation results indicated that the power switches are soft switching and the loss are reduced. The rationality of the new structure is verified. |
